We spent the majority of the day at Gettysburg, we drove around the area and we walked it as well, taking loads of pictures the entire time. There are so many pictures, too many to post on here, so we posted a few of our favorites and the rest can be viewed on the link below. It was so neat to walk around the same area that many people fought and died on. I'd have to say that being on Little Round Top was my favorite part of the whole thing. The view was beautiful and we were on it as the sun was beginning to set. When it was time for dinner we went to a restaurant in downtown Gettysburg called "Gettysburg Eddie's". It was a very cool environment, however the food wasn't so good, especially for the price you had to pay. When we finally checked into the hotel we relaxed and ate our dessert, it was a very nice hotel, however when we were about to go to bed I looked out the window and realized we were right next to a graveyard (our window was less than 20 feet from the closest grave.

The next day we headed out to a petting zoo that was out in the middle of no where in Pennsylvania. We discovered that it was an Amish petting zoo, it wasn't any different than any other petting zoo except for the little shop we could go into was full of nothing but homemade goods.
Petting the animals was a lot of fun, I even got over my fear of deer and fed one (given I was freaking out the whole time, I still did it). We also fed a potbelly pig and some creature that I can't remember the name of. Overall it was a blast.

After the Petting Zoo we sanitized our hands thoroughly and then went off to Buffalo Wild Wings. The closest one to us is an hour away so when I figured out we were close to one we decided we had to go there. After an interesting lunch we headed off to IKEA to get our new kitchen table and chairs. We had an adventure finding the furniture inside of the store and had an even more interesting adventure getting it home. All of it didn't fit into the car, so we ended up tying it to the top of our car, that was an interesting ride home on the PA Turnpike.
When we finally got home we unloaded the car, cuddled Tony, and passed out. Overall it was a very good two days that we won't forget.
